Does the JD Air approach work?

Julian Desgraves has been working as an owner operator of JD Air since its start in 2013. As a step away from the industry norm, he has consistently worked a 4 day work week in the field. 

Additionally since the decision to restructure for expansion in 2019, over 80% of JD Air staff chooses to work an alternate schedule. Within that timeframe, yearly revenue increases have been achieved.
